Classroom and Conference Space Scheduling System

USF Health is moving to a single space management system to allow for better utilization of our space. This system will allow people to request space for events throughout USF Health and better optimize our course scheduling practices. Below are basic guidelines for entering and keeping data in 25Live correct.

Naming Conventions for Official Room Title

Rooms in 25Live have an official room title. The title of these rooms consists of the following pieces of information: location, building name, room number. For example: Main Campus Health - Faculty Office Building 2156.

The location choices are:

• Tampa Campus
• N. Tampa Health Campus 
• S. Tampa Health Campus
• St. Pete

Building names follow traditional capitalization rules and the room number is simply the number of the room.

What is 25Live?

• 25Live is a space reservation system for USF Spaces. All the Campus' and Health use the system to book locations for classes.  It only books locations, not people. Users still need to book people for their meetings via Outlook.

• 25Live allows USF staff, faculty, and students to search for spaces to book for events.

• 25live is a hosted solution developed by CollegeNET.

Shared Student Services has provided login and training materials at this link http://health.usf.edu/25live/

25Live uses your Azure AD account (netid@usf.edu) for access.  All users have pre-defined basic permissions to access the system.

Who can use 25Live?

All USF faculty, staff, and students.
