    Reports - this option includes all reports (tabs) of the current document as separate worksheets.

    Data - this option only includes unformatted data from the back-end query.


  2. Select the appropriate Excel format (.xls or .xlsx). 
  3. Choose a radio button option:
    1. To export in a format that is similar to the document (report) you're viewing, select Prioritize the formatting of the document.
    2. To display data in text format without merged columns, select Prioritize easy data processing in ExcelSee Figure 3.

Note

If you choose Open, Excel will launch and the report data will be displayed with tabs appearing as different worksheets within Excel.

Chart and Table Types

The available table formats are; Horizontal, Vertical, Cross-tab, and Form. The available charts include; Bar, Line, Area, Pie, and Radar. See Figure 4.

To export as a PDF file:

  1. Run a document (report).
  2. Click on Image Added Export icon. See Figure 1.

Modify Report Layout

There may be times when the layout of a report does not suit your needs. D&A provides the flexibility to modify the way your report data is displayed. You can even graph report data by creating charts.
To modify a report layout:

Right-click and select Turn table to… . See Figure 3.

  2. Select PDF.

    Info
    Click the checkbox for Current Report if you only want to export the current report (tab), but not the other reports (tabs). Choosing to export the current report gives you further options to determine which pages you want to export much like MS Word's print features.


  3. Click OK.
  4.  A File Download dialog box will display. You may either Open or Save the Excel file. See Figure 4.
