What is 25Live?
25Live is a space reservation system for USF Spaces. All the Campus' and Health use the system to book locations for classes. It only books locations, not people. Users still need to book people for their meetings via Outlook.
25Live allows USF staff, faculty, and students to search for spaces to book for events.
25live is a hosted solution developed by CollegeNET.

How do you get to 25Live?

25Live uses your Azure AD account (netid@usf.edu) for access. All users have pre-defined basic permissions to access the system.
Who can use 25Live?
All USF faculty, staff, and students.
