An external user is an account which is not managed within our university system. You can share individual files from your personal OneDrive storage to external users. However, you cannot share them from OneDrive Groups or Sites; this functionality is not supported in our instance.

If you would like to share an item from your personal storage, right-click on it and select "Share." Enter the external email address and, from the drop-down menu, select whether you would like them to be able to edit or only view.
