| 4. Athletics Director confirms the cohort with edits/updates to the Final results | April 6th, 2023 |
| 5. SSRA updates portal with IPEDS Enrollment and Graduation data after the Spring lock | April 7th, 2023 |
| 6. SSRA Data Coordinator updates the Student Athletes Cohort in the portal based on feedback | April 7th, 2023 |
| 7. Validates portal updates with Athletics Director (JoEllen Rhome) | April 13th, 2023 |
| 8. SSRA submits the Enrollment, Graduation and Outcomes Data | April 16th, 2023 |
| 9. SSRA generates the GSR report and shares with leadership to Submit Data to NCAA | May 1st , 2023 |
