How to report an issue
For questions, concerns, feedback, or to report an issue, navigate to the "Actions" tab and click on "Technical Support - Create a Ticket". Fill out the form and submit.
Tickets will be routed to the relevant party and addressed within 24-48 hours.

I am receiving an "Error Evaluating UI Expression" error message
If you are receiving an error message like the one below, refresh your browser page or re-click the Archivum page you are trying to get to.
I am receiving an Archivum connection error page when scheduling an appointment
This could be due to several reasons.
- Your email address could have reverted to "mail.usf.edu". If you think that is the case, you can revert back to your health email by navigating https://usffl.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0010339
It will take you through the steps to update back to your health email. Keep in mind that once you update it, it won’t be reflected in Archivum for 24 hours. - Your Outlook permission are not set properly or at all. Go to the Advising and Academic Services page to walk back through the steps of setting up your sharing permissions in Outlook.
