Get Messages using Outlook

All your voicemail messages, both old and new, will be accessible through Outlook. Messages will be played as a wave file.

To get started.

USF Health User

Please note that your voicemail password when accessing via Outlook is your NetID password.

Go to vmail.usf.edu and log in using your NetID and password to test your credentials (please note that these credentials may differ from your Health account credentials. Do not use your Health email and password to log in here).

If your password if confirmed you may skip to step 6 of this page

If you are unable to log in, you may need to do a password reset.

To reset your NetID Password please use the following instructions:
1. Go to http://netid.usf.edu
2. Click Reset USF NetID Password
3. Follow the instructions on the screen

On the screen where you select a new password, please take note of your NetID username which will be listed there near the top of the screen.

This is what you use to log in at vmail.usf.edu .

After resetting your password, please attempt to log in again using the NetID and your new password.

If this does not allow you to log in, please contact us at help@usf.edu again so that we can further evaluate the issue.

Error Messages

If you receive an error message at any point during the process, please clear your cache & cookies in your internet browser. If that doesn't work please contact USF IT at help@usf.edu .

Once you have received the email confirmation that your password has been reset

  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Click the Passwords drop-down menu.
