The Sitecore Interface
This page of the user guide will help Sitecore Contributors become familiar with the Sitecore Editor Interface.
How to Access the Experience Editor
- Type or copy and paste the following address into your browser address bar: https://cms.health.usf.edu/sitecore/login (See image below)
- Select USF Single Sign-On (See image below)
You should see an opening screen called the Sitecore Experience Platform. Select the Experience Editor icon. (see image below)
Becoming familiar with the interface:
If you do not see some of the menu options below, click the Toggle button. (see Toggle below)
a. Save: Make sure to save your pages often. (see image below)
b. Toggle: Selecting the toggle arrow will open and close the toolbar editor. (see image below)
c. Edit: Select Edit to return to edit mode. (see image below)
d. Other: Select Other to preview the changes that you have made to your page. (see image below)
e. Navigation Bar: Select the arrows next to Home to find your pages using the Breadcrumb Method.
f. Components: Components are editable sections on a page. You can hover and select various component areas to edit the component. (see image below)
