Sitecore V3 - Hero Banner Home Page Draft

How to Edit a Hero Banner Component 

1. Hover over the body of the component. (see image below) 
   

2. Select the pencil icon (see image above)

   Is the editor taking a while to open? Try double clicking the pencil icon. 

3. Select Browse (see image below)
   

4. Navigate to the image (see image below)
   

5. Select the image (see image above) 

    Need to upload a new image? Click here to expand...

   To Upload a New Image

   Select Upload Media 

   Select Change Destination to confirm you are uploading to the correct folder

   Select Confirm 

   Select Browse for media files 

   Select the image from your computer 

   Select Open 

   Type in Alternative Text 

   Select upload media 

   Select the image 

   Continue to Step 6 below

6. Select Select 

7. Insert the Call to Action URL (optional) 

   If you do not want a Call to Action 

8. Type in a Title for the image

9. Type in a Description 

10. Type in the Call to Action Link Text 
11. Make sure open in new tab is selected 

12. Select OK 

    Don't want a Title, Description, or Call to Action button?

     If you don't want a Title, Description, Link URL, or Link Text included with your image, leave the the appropriate field blank. 

13. Select the gear icon to customize the Hero Banner.
