Report Description
The USF Organizational Report displays all 10 levels of USF active employees based upon GEMS job data. Active is defined as employees that have employee status codes of (A - Active, L - Leave of Absence, P - Leave with Pay, or S - Suspended). In some cases employees have multiple job records with multiple reports_to data, so it is possible for employees to be listed multiple times. The report contains an organization tree divided into 3 sets of groups. The group are Levels 0-3, 4-6 and 7-10. Levels represents the hierarchy of an employee in relation to who they report to and who reports to them. The report contains a count by departments and a count on reporting employees. The bottom of the report there is a table with employee details at the granularity of each job record in the case of someone who is a split appointment.
