Send data to Athletics Director (Timothy Anderson) and Margaret Dominguez for Cohort Vetting-March 5th

Athletics Director confirm the cohort with edits/updates to the Final results-April 6th

SSRA updates portal with IPEDS Enrollment and Graduation data after the Spring lock-April 7th

SSRA Data Coordinator updates the Student Athletes Cohort in the portal-April 7th

Validates portal updates with Athletics Director (Timothy Anderson)-April 13th

SSRA submits the Enrollment, Graduation and Outcomes Data-April 16th

SSRA generates the GSR pdf and shares with leadership Finalize and Validate/Submit Data-May 1st

Send Document with GSR Rate to Dean Serovich for President’s signature-May 10th

Upload signed copy to the NCAA Academic Portal-On or Before June 1st
