This article explains how to reset or change your NetID password if you know your current or expired password and already have a profile set up.

1. Go to netid.usf.edu

2. Click on Change your NetID Password

3. Click on Click here to recover your USF NetID password.

4. Enter your NetID into the User ID field and enter the characters in next field and select Next.



5. Select I forgot my password.

6. Select one of the options to verify your account.


6. If you use your email or phone number, you will be sent a verification code to enter. If you answered the security questions you will skip this step.

7. Enter your new password and select Finish.
