Overview

This article is to guide you through resolving the Shibboleth error received when visiting MyUSF.

What is it?

Shibboleth errors are generally caused by a caching error within your browser or by using an outdated bookmark.

How do I fix it?

  1. If you are using a bookmark, please directly visit http://my.usf.edu. Do not use a bookmark. If the issue persists, proceed to step 2.
  2. Attempt a cache clear using instructions found here.
  3. If you are not using a bookmark, and a cache clear does not resolve the issue, please try accessing my.usf.edu from within another web browser.
