Test Information

Age at Time of Test

The age at which the student was when the Exam was taken.

Source: Derived from date of birth in Health Banner and test date.

Test Attempt

If an individual student takes the same test multiple times, each attempt gets an attempt number. The first attempt chronologically by test date is 1, subsequent attempts would be 2, 3, 4, etc.

Test Result

The result given for a specific Exam (P, F, etc...)

Test Score

This field identifies the score obtained in the exam. If the score is not provided, it is defaulted to zero.

Test Score Percentage

This field identifies the score percentage obtained in the exam.
