Report Description

The FIS Publication Report displays data fields that relate to current status of publications with four tabs: FIS Publications, Book Details, Article Details, Other Details.  This report retrieves Archivum data from Faculty Evaluation data to determine if college's strategic goals are being met for faculty performance.

Filters

Eval Year

Year considered for the faculty evaluation.

College Name

Name of College associated with faculty evaluations.

Global Department Name

Global Department name associated with faculty evaluations.

Publication Status

Status of publication either Accepted or Published.

Publication Type

Type of publication: book, book review, chapter or segment, non-refereed article, other, refereed article, technical report, textbook.

Publication Year

The year in which the publication was published.

Visualization

Publications by Department

Heat map that displays the number of publications per department.

Interactive - The heat map also allows interaction to display count in conjunction with other visualizations.

Faculty with/without Publications

Donut chart that displays the number of Faculty with or without publications.

Interactive- The pie also allows you to interact to display count of Faculty and Total Publications.

Student Involvement for Publications

Donut chart that displays the number of Publications with or without Student Involvement.

Interactive- The chart also allows you to interact to display count of Faculty and Total Publications.

Community Engagement for Publications

Donut chart that displays the number of Publications with or without Community Engagement.

Interactive- The chart also allows you to interact to display count of Faculty and Total Publications.

The USFID is your unique ID number at the University of South Florida.

Faculty Last Name

Last Name of the Faculty member related to the U# displayed.

Faculty First Name

First Name of the Faculty member related to the U# displayed.

Proposal Role

Function assumed or part played.

Proposal Title

Title of the related Proposal.

Proposal Agency

Agency related to a Proposal.

Proposal Type

Agency related to a Proposal such as Research, Federal, Internal, Fundation, etc.

Eval Status

Standing or position ofthe evaluation.

Candidates Share of Funds

Partial funding received by a candidate.

Comunity Engaged

Displays if the Proposals is with or without Community Engagement.

Student Involvement

Displays if the Proposals is with or without Student Involvement.

International

Displays if the Proposals is International.

Proposal ID

Identification Number of the related Proposal.

Data Refreshed On

Data in this report is not live, but refreshed once daily. The date on the bottom right of the report displays the last day the data was refreshed.
