Shibboleth errors are generally caused by a caching error within your browser or by using an outdated bookmark.

What should I do if I get Shibboleth error?

Try the following troubleshooting tips:

Copy and paste http://my.usf.edu into your browser.
Clear your cache using the instructions found here.
Visit my.usf.edu with another web browser.
