A Student may request a change of advisor though the Archivum system.  Once logged into the Archivum system the student can initiate the request by following the process below. Once the form is sent the current advisor and proposed new advisor will each receive the request electronically and either approve or deny the student's request.  The student can view the status of the request and will be notified when the process is complete.

Any change to your program should be discussed with your advisor before a change is requested.

Process

1) Initiate process through the Actions tab




2) Select Advisor to change, New Advisor, and Reason for Change

3) Add (optional) Comments
