CRNA School Search

A free database, CRNA School Search, containing the most up-to-date information about each of the nation’s accredited nurse anesthesia schools across the country, is now available. Launched by The Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA), this website is the authoritative source on nurse anesthesia schools.

Founded in 1931, the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) is the professional association representing nearly 53,000 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and student registered nurse anesthetists nationwide. The AANA promulgates education and practice standards and guidelines, and affords consultation to both private and governmental entities regarding nurse anesthetists and their practice. The AANA Foundation supports the profession by awarding education and research grants to students, faculty and practicing CRNAs. Nearly 90 percent of the nation's nurse anesthetists are members of AANA.
