The survey that needs to be submitted is attached with data fields completed. Some of the questions are not specific to data, but focus on program options and focus. For those questions we relied on our knowledge of our program. The last section of the survey deals with our preferences for survey use in future and other related questions. That part will be completed before submission and does not contain any data related questions. The sections of the survey that are in light fond are not relevant to our program and do not need to be completed. For the data we used the following sources: http://usfweb.usf.edu/DSS/INFOCENTER/ and USF Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships for student debt.
