Unable to connect to Box error when logging into Box Drive
Cause: Some error is occurring with the native internet browser
Troubleshooting:
- Reset Native Internet Browser settings
- Windows: Reset Internet Explorer
- Mac: Click on Safari in the toolbar and select the "Clear History and Website Data" option.
- If the issue persists, verify their Native browser is up-to-date.
- Windows: Download Internet Explorer 11
- Mac: Updating Safari
