The USF Organizational Report displays all 10 levels of USF active employees. The report contains an organization tree divided into 3 sets of groups. The group are Levels 0-3, 4-6 and 7-10. The report contains a count by departments and a count on reporting employees. The bottom of the report there is a table with employee details.
Filters
Employee ID
The Employee ID is the unique element that GEMS assigns to every employee over the course of their employment. An employee has only one Employee ID.
Employee Name
This is the first and last name of each employee. This data is maintained and managed within GEMS. In the case where a position has been vacated, and there are still employees pointing to the vacant position the name is replaced with 'Vacant Position - ' followed by the report_to ID.
