USF Pass/Fail Grade Request Report

 This report displays students who have requested a Pass/Fail grade for courses. 

How to use the General Filters:

• To select a filter value, click on the filter's drop down arrow, then select the value. The values in the report table will update to show the results associated with that value.
• To select multiple values, click on a value, hold down the Ctrl key, and then select the other value(s).
• To remove a filter, either deselect the values in the drop down list.

How to use the Attribute Filters:

• To select a filter row, click one of the filter rows. The rows in the table will change to display only the rows that meet the selected filter(s). 
• To deselect a filter row, click on the filter row(s) you've already selected. The rows in the table will change to no longer display rows associated with that filter(s).
• To select multiple filter rows, hold down the Ctrl key, and then select the filter rows you want. The rows in the table will change to display only rows that meet the filters selected. 

The graphic displays the count of students, not the count of records. Students can have one or more records.

This graphic displays the count of students by campus. It does not display a count of records by campus, since a student can have one or more records per campus.
