USF Pass/Fail Grade Request Report

This report displays students who have requested a Pass/Fail grade for courses.

How to use the General Filters:
- To select a filter value, click on the filter's drop down arrow, then select the value. The values in the report table will update to show the results associated with that value.
- To select multiple values, click on a value, hold down the Ctrl key, and then select the other value(s).
- To remove a filter, either deselect the values in the drop down list.

How to use the Attribute Filters:
- To select a filter row, click one of the filter rows. The rows in the table will change to display only the rows that meet the selected filter(s).
- To deselect a filter row, click on the filter row(s) you've already selected. The rows in the table will change to no longer display rows associated with that filter(s).
- To select multiple filter rows, hold down the Ctrl key, and then select the filter rows you want. The rows in the table will change to display only rows that meet the filters selected.
Unique Pass/Fail Student Count |

The graphic displays the unique count of students, not the count of records, since a student can have more than one record.
Unique Count of Students by Campus/College Name |

This pie chart graphic displays the unique count of students by campus. It does not display a count of records by campus, since a student can have more than one record per campus. To view the unique count of students by campus and college, click on the arrow pointing downward at the top of the graphic. The pie chart will change to display a drill-down by college for that campus.

The sources used to population the fields in the report are derived from OASIS Banner (Database: PROD, Schema: SATURN) and MD Banner (Database: MPROD, Schema: SATURN).
