The Self-Service Dataset Access Report provides information to display information relating to semantic model/dataset access.
There are three reports within the Self-Service Dataset Access Report:

Dataset Access
Report Description
This report shows who has Bulls Data Hub semantic model data access across the university. At a glance, you can see how many people have access based on the Global College Unit, as well as who has view and build access. At the top of the report, you can filter the report based on the global college unit name, primary affiliation, Power BI dataset, access type, and email to help narrow the results of the report. There is a summary table at the bottom that provides detailed information starting with the name of the individual, followed by their email, global college unit, the primary global department, USF primary affiliation, the dataset they have access to, their role, access type, and entry source.
Filters
Global College Unit Name – Name of the College Unit
Primary Affiliation – Role of the individual at the university
Power BI Dataset – List of Power BI datasets
Access Type – Type of data access
Email – email of the individual
Visualization
Access Count by Global College Unit – This visualization shows how many people have access based on the Global College Unit.
Users with Dataset Access – This card shows how many users have dataset access. This will change if filters are selected.
Users with Build Access - This card shows how many users have build access. This will change if filters are selected.
Summary Table – This table contains the following details at a glance:

Row Level Dataset Access
Report Description
This report shows who has Bulls Data Hub semantic model data access across the university. At a glance, you can see how many people have access based on the Global College Unit, as well as the number of row-level objects given access and who has dataset access. At the top of the report, you can filter the report based on the global college unit name, primary affiliation, power BI dataset, access type, email, and dataset role to help narrow the results of the report. There is a summary table at the bottom that provides detailed information starting with the name of the individual, followed by their email, global college unit, the primary global department, USF primary affiliation, the dataset they have access to, their role, row level object ID, and entry source.

Global College Unit Name - Name of the College Unit across all universities
Primary Affiliation – Title of the individual at the university
Power BI Dataset – List of Power BI Datasets
Access Type – Type of dataset access
Email – email of the individual
Dataset Role – displays the dataset role

Global College Unit Name – Name of the College Unit across all universities
Power BI Dataset – List of Power BI Datasets
Access Type – Type of dataset access
Email – Email of the individual
Visualization
Access Count by Edu Primary Affiliation – This visualization shows the access count based on the the primary affiliation of an individual.
Users with Dataset Access – This card shows how many users have dataset access. This will change if filters are selected.
Users with View Access - This card shows how many users have view access. This will change if filters are selected.
