PowerBI External Publishing Access Flow

This document is intended to serve as a guiding mechanism for the various governance groups involved in controlling end user access to the PowerBI external/web data publish functionality. It enlists the flow of requesting and setup of access to the said feature and also documents the responsibilities of the individual teams.
