Cube Access Request and Cube Documentation
Cube Access Request
The following is a summary of how a cube access request is processed:
- To get started, complete the EIS cube request, which can be accessed via this EIS Request link.
2. Once the request form is completed, the requester will receive a DocuSign document to complete & sign.
Please note that you should list the cubes you need access to at the database level. For example, list EIS Retention to request access to both the Retention and Graduation cubes (see below).
Please also note that for each cube or resource requested, you are required to provide a business purpose.
3. Next, the accountable officer will be notified via DocuSign to review and sign off on the request
4. The appropriate Analytics staff will then service the request if the form is correctly filled out and signed by all appropriate parties (requester, accountable officer for that functional area).
5. Lastly, an email confirmation will be sent to the requester when the request has been processed.
