Data Warehouse Reports - Email Subscriptions



Overview

Oracle report email subscriptions are managed in the DocMart. To subscribe or unsubscribe to a report follow the instructions below. 

Subscribe to a report

  1. Go to MyUSF

  2. Under "Business Systems", select "Data Marts"

  3. Select the "Documentation Mart" link

  4. Login using your NetID; the DocMart Production application should open

  5. Select "Report Subscriptions" from the menu

  6. In the "Select Report" box, click the "Add/Remove E-Mail Addresses" button

  7. Select the report name from the menu

  8. Enter the email addresses in the "Enter E-Mail Addresses" box. Separate email addresses using a comma.

  9. Click the "Add" button. You should see the email address(es) appear in the recipients list below

Unsubscribe from a report

  1. Follow steps 1-7 above

  2. Check the box next to the recipient's email address

  3. Click the "Remove" button. The recipient's email address should disappear from the list
