As of 02/09/2023 modern Chromium-based web browsers have instituted changes which prevent data from being pulled ‘live’ within reports in the Data and Analytics system. For the time being you You can work around this by using the Internet Explorer compatibility mode of the most recent Microsoft Edge browser. The instructions on this page encompass a one-time change needed in order to enable the functionality as an option. Once the instructions on this page are completed further steps will be needed each time you wish to load a page in Internet Explorer compatibility mode.
