Overview

The following are steps you can take to access OneDrive through the website.

You will need your MFA assigned device during the sign in process. At this time, make sure that it is available. 

  1. Navigate to MyUSF and sign in your NetID@usf.edu account.

  2. Enter your NetID password and select Sign InImage Removed

  3. Check mark Don't ask again for 60 days, if desired. A message will be sent to you MFA device for approval.Image Removedyou to enter the random two digit code.

  4. Check mark Don't show this again, if desired, and select Yes.

  5. Once signed in, under the left-lick the 3 lines click on EMAIL & TEAMS at the top right of the page and select and select USF Office 365 (@usf@usf.edu).

    Note

    At this time, you might be asked to sign in and go through MFA again.

    If the browser is not full size, select the 3 lines at the top right of the browser and select USF Office 365 (@usf.edu)

  6. Select the squares icon at the top left of the page.

  7. Select OneDrive.

  8. Once OneDrive loads, you will be able to access all items that have been stored on your USF OneDrive account.
