The Sitecore Interface 

This page of the user guide will help Sitecore Contributors become familiar with the Sitecore Editor Interface. 



In this guide:


How to Access the Experience Editor 

  1. Type or copy and paste the following address into your browser address bar: https://cms.health.usf.edu/sitecore/login (See image below)



  2. Select USF Single Sign-On (See image below)



  3. You should see an opening screen called the Sitecore Experience Platform.



  4. Click the Experience Editor icon. (see image above)

           






Becoming familiar with the interface: 

If you do not see some of the menu options below, click the Toggle button. (see Toggle below)


a. Save: Make sure to save your pages often. (see image below)

b. Toggle: Clicking the toggle arrow will open and close the toolbar editor. (see image below) 

c. Edit: Click Edit to return to edit mode. (see image below)

d. Other: Click Other to preview the changes that you have made to your page. (see image below)

e. Navigation Bar: Click the arrows next to Home to find your pages using the Breadcrumb Method.

f. Components: Components are editable sections on a page. You can hover and click on components to edit these sections. (see image below)
