Excel Table with all information in the original block, rows are the metric name and information, columns are the following: Metric Name, Link to Summary Scorecard, Link to Detail Dashboard, Definition (these are duplicates). And, it will also include the following areas: Accountable Area, Accountable Executive Officer, Subject Matter Expert, Other Consultants (if applicable), Source of Origin, Source of Reporting (if different than origin), Refresh Cycle (year, month, term, etc.), Link to Sign Off Document, (Duplicate) Comments.
