What is 25LIve?
- 25Live is a space reservation system for ALL USF Health Spaces. It only books locations, not people. Health users Users still need to book people for their meetings via Outlook.
- 25Live allows USF Health staff, faculty, and students to search for spaces to book for events.

Shared Student Services has provided login and training materials at this link http://health.usf.edu/25live/
All health users must have their health email set as their primary email account (i.e. netid@usf.edu) in order to be correctly identified by the system and placed into the correct security groups.
Who can use 25Live?
All USF Health faculty, staff, and students.
Which locations can be booked via 25Live?
All the rooms listed below will only be bookable via 25Live on May 7th, 2016.
Issues with 25Live?
Account Issues
- Health users must make their Health account their primary email address at USF in order to be placed into correct security group based on initial login.
- Health users should default into either HealthStaff, HealthStudent, or HealthFaculty security groups. If they are requesting permissions for these groups, escalate to the 25Live System Admin.
- Users who say they should be approvers will need to go through the account modification request, put in that they need 25Live access and select Shared Student Services for approval.
- This system uses Shiboleth authentication and has no log out button. To log out users need to close the browser and clear the cache.
Recommended Settings for Running 25Live
- Make sure users use Chrome and the most up-to-date version of Chrome.
System Admins
System Admins can add new locations, fix security permissions, and delete information from system.

- Novilaine Blanco (main campus Sys Admin, but can back up Tim or Alex if needed.)
Functional Admins
Functional Admins can update room information and play tie-breaker if events are conflicting. They also have set the guiding principles for room use, etc.
