- To get started, please complete the EIS cube request, which can be accessed via this EIS Request link.
2. Once the request form is completed, the requester will receive a DocuSign document to complete & sign.
Please note that you should list the cubes you need access to at the database level. For example, list EIS Retention to request access to both the Retention and Graduation cubes .2. Once the survey is completed, the requester will receive a DocuSign document to complete & sign.
