  • At our next meeting, we review final changes and discuss when to make this public.

  • Slolam contract will have a start date of June 5 to get provisioning. Workshop to be during the June 19th week.

  • Faculty Awards will include the TARU list of awards as well as others

  • Alumni Giving will be renamed as Gifts Received (percentage)

  • Add epic for Endowment

  • Epic labeled “CA - Metrics Not in PPA but in Strategic Plan” will not be included in the new College Accountability as most of these data are not available at the college level or are not meaningful.

Project Risks

  • The April 17th is the deadline to have all reports created and attempt to display all on the website. The April 17th deadline was a soft deadline and it was extended due to issues brought up by testing, but all were cosmetic changes. Risk was realized and deadline extended. Closed Risk.

  • Receiving external data is dependent upon all departments outside of ODS is not guaranteed. As of April 26th, we do not have the Research dashboards completed.

  • Chirag was busy with IPEDS HR until 4/4. He said he will be able to complete and show by 4/7 College Accountability meeting. Chirag was held up in completing all work by 4/17 due to a conflict in priorities, however, he has the code complete and is working on small cosmetics changes requested by the team. Closed Risk.
