Project Decisions

4/26/2023

  • At our next meeting, we review final changes and discuss when to make this public.

  • Slolam contract will have a start date of June 5 to get provisioning. Workshop to be during the June 19th week.

4/19/2023

  • Start date for Slolam Consulting SOW is mid-June, specifically, June 19

  • Team decided that we need to have the 8-10 metrics picked out before Slolam engages in the SOW, as well as the college “pages” layout/content defined.

  • Sangita is comparing the granularity of the College Accountability Dashboards with the previous years College Review reports. So far, she has found that additional granularity is needed for some metrics.

  • Document what has changed with the new College Accountability, this should be linked from the front page narrative.

  • Review of College Accountability web page. The following are items that have been added to the action item list.

    • Make header font on page smaller.

    • If links are not available yet, then break the link (no link set) so it will not appear clickable.

    • Add “Strategic Plan & Metrics Alignment” title

    • Add anchor to legend

    • Landing page should be after College Accountability title and above tiles.
