Academic Framework:

Event Type	Definition	Risks
Academic Courses - Tampa	All main campus courses are associated with this Academic Cabinet.
Term and Year Folder	Courses for each main campus term's schedule will be placed into this folder
Class Section-T	This is the identification used for which campus the course is offered on.
Academic Courses - Health (nursing, public health, athletic training, grad medicine)	All Nursing, Public Health, Athletic Training, and Grad Medicine courses will be associated with this Academic Cabinet.
Term and Year Folder	Courses for each Health colleges and programs' terms will be placed into this folder.
Class Section-T	This is the identification used for which campus the course is offered on.	This may be a problem for sorting our Health OASIS Banner courses into the correct folder from main campus. We may need to see if OASIS Banner can use different campus identifier code, such as M like Health Professional Courses.
Academic Course - Health Professional	All Health Professional courses are associated with this Academic Cabinet
Cohort Folder	Courses for each Health Professional Programs' cohort will be placed into this folder.
Class Section-M	This is the identification used for which campus the course is offered on.
Academic Courses - St. Petersburg	All St. Pete campus courses are associated with this Academic Cabinet
Term and Year Folder	Courses for each St. Pete campus term's schedule will be placed into this folder
Class Section-P	This is the identification used for which campus the course is offered on.
Academic Courses - Sarasota-Manatee	All Sarasota-Manatee campus courses are associated with this Academic Cabinet
Term and Year Folder	Courses for each Sarasota-Manatee campus term's schedule will be placed into this folder
Class Section-S	This is the identification used for which campus the course is offered on.

Special Events - Health	Cabinet for Health Special Events
Campus Events	Events hosted on campus
Academic-Related Event	Event related to a course, such as a scheduled study session or break-out session.
Alumni Event	Event for alumni.
Conference Break-out Session	A break-out session event to occur with a conference event.
Calendar Announcement	Event for calendar announcements, such as school closings, etc.
Camp	Event for a camp hosted on campus.
Celebration	Event for celebrations, such as holiday parties, etc.
Ceremony	Event for ceremonies, such as graduation, white coat, etc.
Clinic	Event for clinics, such as taking blood pressure, giving out flu shots to public.
Conference	Event for scheduling a conference hosted on campus.
Exhibit	Event for scheduling special exhibits.
Fair/Tabling	Event for a fair or tabling event in a space.
Fundraiser	Event for fundraisers for campus groups.
Interview	Event for interviews on campus.
Lecture/Seminar	Event for lectures and/or seminars. These are not specifically related to a course, but a more open event.
Meal Service	Event for meal service that may be part of other events.
