FTIC Student Success Suite
The FTIC student success suite of dashboards provide a series of reports to track and identify degree progression measures such as retention, persistence and graduation performance of FTIC student cohorts. The dashboards include term-by-term retention, persistence and graduation numbers, term-by-term enrolled and not-enrolled numbers, trends in retention and graduation, retention and graduation flows by college and access to underlying student data.
Students are tracked starting from the term of entry up until the current term. There are eight different cohorts available through the dashboards.
Data Source: SID
Refresh schedule: Each Benchmark. The “Last Refreshed” timestamp on each page indicates the date/time when the data was last refreshed.
- FTIC Student Flow by Term → Provides cohort totals, adjusted cohort totals, retention/persistence, and graduation numbers for the selected FTIC cohort. The numbers are populated for each term starting first fall term until the current term. Eight cohort years are available through the dashboard.
- Cohort Trends by Term → Depicts the percentage of FTIC students in the cohort that enrolled, did not enroll or graduated.
- Trends in Retention and Persistence→ Depicts the trends in 2-year Retention rate and 3-8 year Persistence rate.
- Graduation Rate Trends → Depicts trends in Graduation rate.
- 4-Yr Graduation Flow by College → The report depicts the 4-year Graduation rate for the selected FTIC cohort based on their initial college and the student flow to the degreed college.
- 6-Year Graduation Flow by College → The report depicts the 6-year Graduation rate for the selected FTIC cohort based on their initial college and the student flow to the degreed college.
- 4-Year Graduation Flow by Major → The report depicts the 4-year Graduation numbers for the selected FTIC cohort based on their initial college and major and the student flow to the degreed college and major.
All of the cross-tables within the dashboards provide drill throughs to student level details. Double-clicking into a data cell in the data table displays the "Drill through" page.
The ability to view the underlying "Drill through" pages is based on individual access to the report.
