This page of the user guide will help Sitecore Contributors submit their page for approval. Edits need to be approved by an author before changes can be published. Do not submit a page unless all

currently

needed edits are complete.

As soon as a

from additional edits

until the approval process has been completed. 

 

 

As soon as any changes have been made, a blue submit bar appears.

How to Submit Your Page For Approval 

  1. Click Submit. (see image below)

  2. List all PDF file and image changes. Make sure to comment what specific changes have been made on the page. (see image below)

  3. Click OK. (see image above) 


Note

An email will be sent to the Author to approve the submitted page changes.

 If

 If the page is not approved or needs

to have

additional editing, the Contributor will be notified via email with the concerns of the Author. This process repeats until the page has met the standards needed for approval to be publicly displayed.
