FINDING YOUR DEPARTMENT'S PAGES

Contributors will only have permission to edit their own department's web pages. 

There are two ways you can find your pages:

Typing in the URL: Type in the URL you are looking for in the address bar. The URLs you have permission to edit will be provided to you in training.

Breadcrumb Method: Make sure the navigation bar is open. Use the arrow as seen below to select each page within the URL. Continue to click the arrow until you've reached the page you'd like to edit. Then, click GO.

titleTroubleshooting Tip

If you are using the breadcrumb method to find your page but are unable to see the entire list of page options, you may need to zoom out of the browser. Pressing Ctrl and - on your keyboard will allow you to zoom out and pressing Ctrl and + will allow you to zoom back in.

Finding Your Pages 

This page of the user guide will help Sitecore Contributors find their departments pages using the bread crumb method. If you know the URL, you can also access your departments pages by typing the URL into the address bar at the top of your browser, or by bookmarking your pages for future editing.

How to Find Your Pages Using the Breadcrumb Method 

1. Click the arrow next to Home. (see image below)

2. Select your department in the drop-down menu. (see image below)

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 by clicking the arrow and selecting pages until you've reached the page you'd like to edit.

4. Click GO. (see image below)
