2. Download the Student-Athlete Outcome Cohort	March 6th, 2023
3. Send Outcome data to Athletics Director (JoEllen Rhome) and Annastasia Richardson for Cohort Vetting	March 7th, 2023
4. Athletics Director confirms the cohort with edits/updates to the Final results	April 6th, 2023
5. SSRA updates portal with IPEDS Enrollment and Graduation data after the Spring lock	April 7th, 2023
6. SSRA Data Coordinator updates the Student Athletes Cohort in the portal based on feedback	April 7th, 2023
7. Validates portal updates with Athletics Director (JoEllen Rhome)	April 13th, 2023
8. SSRA submits the Enrollment, Graduation and Outcomes Data	April 16th, 2023
9. SSRA generates the GSR report and shares with leadership to Submit Data to NCAA	May 1st , 2023
10. Send GSR Report Document to Dean Serovich for President’s signature	May 10th, 2023
11. Athletics Office uploads signed copy to the NCAA Academic Portal	On or Before June 1st, 2023
