FCS AA Transfer Graduation

FCS AA Transfer Graduation report provide information about the undergraduates entering in fall term (or summer continuing to fall) from the Florida College System with an associate in arts (AA) degree. This report has FCS AA 2-Year Graduation and FCS AA 3-Year Graduation of USF and College information.

Transfer Graduation is an Academic Year (Fall, Spring, Summer) metric.

 

Data Source: Transfer Cohort List (Cohort Dependency), SID

Refresh Schedule: Data is refreshed when degrees data is refreshed. Degrees are refreshed in January (Fall degrees), July (Spring degrees) and October (Summer degrees). The Cohorts are updated in late January so the data might be refreshed in early February. "Data as of" indicates when the data is last updated.

FCS AA Transfer

  • FCS AA 2-Year Graduation → The tab displays the number and percentage of undergraduate students who transferred from an approved Florida Community System (FCS) institution with an AA (Associate of Arts) degree and had graduated from the same institution in a 2 - year period at the same college or USF for the past 5 years in a tabular form. The default is set to Full-Time Indicator = "Y" to align with Accountability Plan. 

  • FCS AA 2-Year Graduation Rate - College → The tab displays the percentage of students who transferred from a Florida College System (FCS) institution with an AA (Associate of Arts) degree and completed their associate degree from the same college within a 2-year period as full-time students for the past 5 years in a line chart.
    The default is set to Full-Time Indicator = "Y" to align with Accountability Plan. 

  • FCS AA 2-Year Graduation Rate - USF → The tab displays the percentage of students who transferred from a Florida College System (FCS) institution with an AA (Associate of Arts) degree and completed their associate degree from the same college in USF within a 2-year period as full-time students for the past 5 years in a line chart.
    The default is set to Full-Time Indicator = "Y" to align with Accountability Plan. 

  • FCS AA 3-Year Graduation → The tab displays the number and percentage of undergraduate students who transferred from an approved Florida Community System (FCS) institution with an AA (Associate of Arts) degree and had graduated from the same institution in a 3 - year period at the same college or USF for the past 5 years in a tabular form. The default is set to include both Full-Time and Part-Time students to align with Accountability Plan. 

  • FCS AA 3-Year Graduation Rate - College → The tab displays the percentage of students who transferred from a Florida College System (FCS) institution with an AA (Associate of Arts) degree and completed their associate degree from the same college within a 3-year period as full-time students for the past 5 years in a line chart.

  • College Graduation Summary → The tab displays the summary of the number of undergraduate students who have been transferred from the approved Florida College System (FCS) institution and had graduated in a 2- year and 3 - year period from the same college or USF in a tabular form and a line chart.

Filters on the Filters Panel

There is a filter panel on the right which can be expanded or collapsed using the >> button.  The filter panel has following filters:

  • College

  • College Group

  • Ethnicity

  • Full Time Indicator

  • Gender

  • Honors

  • International

Full Time Indicator

SID → SID_ENROLLMENTS → CURR_TERM_CRS_LOAD

If the student is full time or part time based on the credit hours for the term. 

For Fall and Spring terms, UG students enrolled in >= 12 credits are considered full-time and GR students enrolled >= 9 credits are considered full-time.

For Summer term, UG students enrolled in >= 9 credits are considered full-time and GR students enrolled >= 6 credits are considered full-time.

Filter Panel

Filters are listed on the side panel of the report.

Notes:

  • Click the down arrow to select from options in the filters and narrow down your results. 

  • To deselect an item, click on the option again. 

  • Some filters are radio buttons and you can select only one item. The items in these filters are indicated as round buttons.

  • Some filters allow multiple selections. To select multiple values in a filter, select the square boxes

Data Panel

This panel displays the filtered results. To work with data in this panel:

  • Select an individual row in the table to highlight the item/row. Select it again to return to the full table view.

  • You can sort the data by column values, if the sorting is available for that column. Hover your mouse over the last row item in the column header and if a small black triangle appears 

     ,  you can sort that column in ascending or descending order by clicking on your mouse.
