FTIC Retention and Graduation

FTIC Retention and Graduation reports provide retention and graduation information about the first time-in-college (FTIC) students who started in the Fall (or summer continuing to Fall) term and were enrolled full-time in their first semester.

Specifically, the reports have Freshmen Retention Rate, Academic Progress Rate, 4Yr Graduation Rate, 6 Yr Graduation Rate and Pell 6 Yr Graduation Rate information by college.

Retention Metrics are Fall Metrics and Graduation Metrics are Academic Year (Fall, Spring, Summer) metrics.

Data Source: FTIC Cohort List (Cohort Dependency), SID  (Report is based on Power BI dataset from FTIC Student Success Report; Cohorts are finalized in Feb)

Refresh Schedule: Data is refreshed at Drop/Add, Preliminary, and Final Benchmarks. Data is also refreshed after Retention is submitted at the end of January as well as after the Degrees are submitted each semester (typically end of January, beginning of July and middle of October).   "Data as of" indicates when the FTIC data was updated.
