Semester Seats Analysis – Point-in-Time Report
This report provide a summary of course section enrollments, seats available and gross SCH by budget unit or funding campus, college, department and course level. Current numbers are shown in comparison to the previous year’s point-in-time numbers.
The "Seats Available" for the previous year on this report is indicative of the caps at end of term and not point in time.
Data Source: Banner
Refresh schedule: Twice daily. The “Last Refreshed” timestamp on each page indicates the time when the data was last refreshed.
Please note: Previous year point in time data is pulled based on comparing the number of days from when the semester started current year versus previous year.
NOTE: Filters are available on each page to view number by semester, part of term, budget unit(funding campus), college and department.
All of the pages on this report provide drill throughs to course section level details. Right-clicking into a data cell in the data table shows the "Drill through" option.
