Installed Desktop Office Suite vs Online/Web Office Suite
This page gives instructions on how to download the full Desktop Application which contains more features than the Web Application.

Downloading the Microsoft 365 installation file
Navigate to Microsoft Outlook and log in with your USF email and password if requested.
Select the icon located in the upper left of the website as shown in the image below.
Select More Apps.
Locate you name at the bottom left of the Apps page and left-click on your user icon. Select my Microsoft 365 profile.
Select Install Office.
Look in your download folder for the installer file.
To see how many installs you have available
Navigate to Microsoft Outlook and log in with your USF email and password if requested.
Select the icon located in the upper left of the website as shown in the image below.
Select More Apps.
Locate you name at the bottom left of the Apps page and left-click on your user icon. Select my Microsoft 365 profile.
Select View apps & devices.
Select the carrot next to Devices.
All devices logged in with your Microsoft 365 account will be listed below.
If you see a device that you no longer use or have, you can select Sign Out next to the device and it will remove your profile license from it.
