New Feature in the FAST PCard Reconciliation Process

PCard Charges are managed through FAST. This video outlines the new features:

Edit Chartfields

Chartfields are determined by department. If you do not have access to chartfields your approver or manager will be able to supply them.

To Add Chartfields:

1. Click Add Chartfield link
2. Fill in value

To edit Chartfields:

1. Click into the field
2. Fill in value

Once all needed chartfields are entered, click the Enter Expense Details button.
