Data & Analytics (D&A) was a portal to access reports containing data from various systems across USF in SAP.

NOTE: SAP Has Been Decommissioned

Due to technical issues, the long-planned decommissioning of SAP had to be moved up. The system was scheduled to be decommissioned later this month (September 2025) as part of our ongoing efforts to modernize and streamline our systems.

To the best of our knowledge, all content in the system has already either been replaced with more modern options or else retired. If your team still relies upon some content in SAP, or if you have any immediate questions or concerns, please reach out to IT Analytics at it-analytics@usf.edu. 

The SIS Reports have been made available in the Power BI App: SIS Reports  (If you need to access SIS reports owned by URO, please use this app: SIS Reports - URO App) 

• If you are not signed-in to Power BI before clicking the link above to the SIS Reports in the Power BI Apps page, it will take you to a sign-in page first.  Active USF faculty and staff have access to Power BI and can sign-in with their USF email address.
