This app is for the office of admissions
Mailboxes vs. Queues
Mailbox is an email address, which must be licensed for D365
Queue lives within CRM and helps organizes incoming email
Routing rules (Dynamics workflow process) move incoming email into the appropriate queue and assign to a specific user when possible

Click Email button in the ribbon menu
Paste student’s UID into the To field, or search by name/email address

Navigate to contact
Don’t click email icon on Summary tab (launches email client)
Activities tab → New Activity (Email)
