How to Unlock a Checklist in Saba
Checklists in Saba will lock if you download the checklist. This page will guide you through two ways you can unlock your checklist and complete your tasks.

Unlocking A Checklist
These instructions are for a checklist that has been locked in Saba due to the checklist being downloaded.
To unlock a checklist and check the checklist items off in Saba, follow the steps below.
Navigate to the course with the locked checklist.
Select EVALUATE next to the checklist that has been locked.
Select Click here to unlock.
Select SUBMIT when all of the items on the checklist are marked complete.
Unlocking A Checklist Using The Downloaded Spreadsheet
These instructions are for a checklist that has been locked in Saba due to the checklist being downloaded.
To unlock a checklist using the downloaded spreadsheet, follow the steps below.
Navigate to the course with the locked checklist.
Select EVALUATE next to the checklist that has been locked.
Select Upload.
Find the downloaded checklist on your computer.
Tip: The checklist will have a naming convention of: CourseName_ChecklistTitle_YourName. If you have trouble finding the downloaded checklist, select DOWNLOAD next to the Upload button and find the downloaded checklist on your computer.Select Open.
Select the X to close the warning dialog box if it appears.
Select SUBMIT when all of the items on the checklist are marked complete.
