Fill the top of your page with a video overlayed with a title, and linked buttons.

 

Adding the Billboard Video

Billboard Video is a marketing component reserved for top level pages. It currently requires the Sitecore development team to add it to a page. Please see the Submitting a Sitecore Ticket documentation for instructions on requesting it.

Editing the Component Content

Hover your mouse anywhere over the component and click the yellow Edit button that appears over the top left. A new modal window will open with all of the content fields available for the component.

  • Title - Adds a large line of text in the center of the video.

  • Video Source - Adds the video from Sitecore’s Media Library, Youtube, or Vimeo.

  • Link URL - (Optional for component, required for Button Text) Adds a link to the button below the title.

  • Button Text - (Optional for component, required for Link URL) Adds text displayed in a linked button below the title.

  • Open in New Tab - Check to open the linked button URL in a new browser tab.

  • Add Call to Action - Adds an additional linked button to the component with separate Link URL and Button Text fields.

Up to 2 linked buttons can be created in the Billboard Video component.

Deleting the Billboard Video

Deleting the Billboard Video requires approval by the person(s) in charge of the site and currently requires the Sitecore development team to remove it from the page. Please see the Submitting a Sitecore Ticket documentation for instructions on requesting the removal.
