Identification number of the related Publication. The prefix of the Publication ID is determined by the type of the publication: articles begin with a number 1 prefix, followed by other digits denoting the publication; books begin with a number 2 prefix, followed by other digits denoting the publication; other publications begin with a number 3 prefix.
